Eligibility for Refunds

Valid Reasons for Refund

  • Animal arrives in poor health condition
  • Animal doesn't match the description provided
  • Animal shows signs of illness within 48 hours of delivery
  • Wrong breed or gender delivered
  • Animal has undisclosed health issues
  • Delivery delays beyond our control (full refund of delivery charges)

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Inadequate care facilities at buyer's location
  • Failure to provide proper care instructions
  • Damage caused by buyer's negligence
  • Refusal to accept delivery without valid reason
  • Custom orders or special breed requests

Refund Process

1. Report the Issue

Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) if you notice any health issues or discrepancies. Provide detailed information and photos if possible.

2. Verification

Our veterinary team will assess the situation. We may request additional photos, videos, or arrange for a local veterinarian inspection.

3. Resolution

Based on the verification, we will offer one of the following:

  • Full refund of the purchase amount
  • Replacement with a similar animal
  • Partial refund based on the issue
  • Additional support and guidance

4. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days using the original payment method.

Health Guarantee

48-Hour Health Guarantee

We provide a 48-hour health guarantee for all animals. If the animal shows signs of illness within 48 hours of delivery, we will:

  • Provide veterinary consultation
  • Cover treatment costs up to the purchase amount
  • Offer replacement if the animal cannot be treated
  • Provide full refund if replacement is not possible

Return Process

If a return is approved:

  • We will arrange for the animal to be picked up from your location
  • Transportation costs will be covered by GoatKart
  • The animal will be examined by our veterinary team
  • Refund will be processed after the animal is safely returned

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be offered in the following cases:

  • Minor health issues that can be treated
  • Slight variations in breed characteristics
  • Delivery delays (refund of delivery charges only)
  • Administrative errors in pricing
